    This is difficult to put into words how this TEXAS BBQ tastes. Smoking BBQ Brisket or MEATS can be difficult at most times, and they not only met that challenge head on but can probably win any BBQ competition. The meat platter was better than what I had expected and done to perfection. The BRISKET was very moist and pulled away with ease. The smoke ring was 8-10mm thick and with a beautiful red ring. I can taste the woods that they used for this 12-14hour cook process. The woods for this cook process puts a mouth water spin that wants you to take another bite, over and over again. The meat is not over powered by seasoning but wanting more on then next bite. I am thrilled to have a BBQ near my house because if you want to taste this anywhere else you would need to travel to TEXAS. I recommend the meat platter with the Brisket and Ribs, and the portions are very good. If the Chef reads this...please don’t change a damb thing! What you are serving has great taste, value and leaving me to want more of the same the next week. Thank you for making this quality smoke BBQ. The only thing I wish....if you could be open more days than just Saturdays. PLEASE don’t run out of food and need to get there early. KEEP UP the BBQ you have hit a HOME-RUN! 2 Thumbs-Up!!!     Texas Wild BBQ in Hamilton truly takes BBQ to the next level! I had the Double Meat Sampler – 2 Meats & All Sides, and every bite was packed with flavour. The meats were incredibly juicy and tender—easily some of the best I’ve had. The brisket was beautifully smoked and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the burnt ends with their signature BBQ sauce? Unbelievable. Sweet, smoky, and totally crave-worthy. The sides were just as standout—mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the coleslaw added that perfect fresh crunch to round out the meal. And the desserts? Simply amazing. The Tiramisu was light creamy, with the strong A espresso balance is very well and make it full of flavour, while the banana pudding was pure comfort—smooth, sweet, and so satisfying. A big shoutout to Chef Joe—you can truly taste the passion and care in every dish. Plus, the packaging was excellent—everything arrived fresh, well-sealed, and presentation-ready. From start to finish, this meal was a hit. If you're into authentic, hearty BBQ with delicious sides and desserts, Texas Wild BBQ is a spot you don’t want to miss. Highly recommended!

    This is the best hidden gem in Hamilton never know about saw a video on ticktock and was so excited that we have a place like that so got my husband running to buy us a bunch of stuff to give it a try honestly it’s worth each penny the food is very delicious and a very good amount I’m in love with smoked brisket and the burnt end they melt in your mouth definitely I will go back again to try the sandwich’s they have I loved that you get a free car wash and 10% discount of your order Guys hurry and give it a try the deserve the support

    The craziest smokehouse I have ever seen. But the flavor is just amazing. They are halal by hand and the best in all of Canada in my opinion. Everything is top notch. Every week I try something new and it is peak. This is your next bbq place.

    I had an amazing BBQ experience! The service was fantastic and quick, also the staff is very friendly and the food was incredible. The brisket mac and cheese was a standout with tender, flavorful brisket and perfectly creamy mac and cheese and I loved the sides too. Highly recommend place for a perfect Smoked BBQ dinner!
